Acceptance
By accessing or using Bettermind, you agree to these Terms of service. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the service. If you do not agree, do not use Bettermind.
The Service
Bettermind is a self-guided wellbeing and cognitive-training product for general informational and self-development purposes. It offers a short check, a Personalized Thinking Overview, daily exercises, a private digital guide, and a guided program. It does not provide medical, psychological, or mental-health diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice and is not a substitute for professional care or emergency services.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@yourbettermind.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share or transfer your account.
Subscription, Billing and Auto-Renewal
Membership starts with a 3-day free trial: $0.00 is due today. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $39.99 on day 3, and your subscription then automatically renews at $39.99 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any change to the recurring subscription price takes effect. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings, by emailing support@yourbettermind.com, or by calling (855) 809-5102. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not automatically refund an existing charge. You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of any charge under our Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
Use Bettermind only for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or reverse-engineer the service except where law permits, impersonate others, or infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict access for misuse.
Intellectual Property
Bettermind and its content, software, design, and trademarks are owned by Dangworks LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active, subject to these terms. You retain ownership of information you submit; you permit us to use it as needed to provide the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Bettermind provides informational and self-development tools, not medical or mental-health care. Outcomes vary, and we do not guarantee particular insights or results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dangworks LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of Bettermind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for Bettermind in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Dangworks LLC and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to claims caused by our own misconduct.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. Termination does not erase charges already incurred or rights and obligations that by their nature survive, including payment, intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute terms. Refund rights remain governed by the Refund Policy.
Governing Law and Disputes
Wyoming law applies. Disputes go to individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Rules, in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or small-claims court.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will give notice of material changes where required by law, and the updated terms will show a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them, except where additional consent is required. Subscription price changes receive at least 30 days' advance notice.
