Information we collect
We collect account details you provide, your answers and exercise results, and basic technical information needed to keep the service reliable and secure. We do not collect more information than we need to provide Bettermind.
How we use information
We use your information to create your Mind Blueprint, choose your Daily 5, remember context you choose to share, show your progress, process membership payments, provide support, and protect the service from misuse. Assessment and check-in information is used to provide personalized insights and is not used to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
AI and service providers
Your answers, results and mentor chats are processed by our hosting provider Lovable and our AI provider Lovable AI, which routes requests to third-party AI model providers, only to run the service. They are not used to train AI models. Mentor chats are kept for 90 days and assessment results until you delete your account. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
Payment information
Payment data is handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
Age eligibility
Bettermind is not available to people under 18; under-18s are not permitted to use the service.
How we protect it
Your information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is limited to authorized systems and people who need it to operate or support the service. We do not sell personal information and Bettermind carries no advertising.
Your choices
Export or delete your data anytime by emailing support@yourbettermind.com. We keep only what the law requires, for example payment and tax records, for up to 2 years. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
